You will need to INSTALL Zeppelin from Cydia.
And here is the dialer.
This Dialer works for JAILBROKEN IPHONE 4/4S/5/5S/5C
RUNNING IOS 7.
For Iphone 5S or certain Iphone 5 devices that can't get this
dialer to work, there is 1 WAY that MAYBE CAN FIX.
It works for some iphone 5/5S.
Go into Settings>General>Accessibility>Bold Text> Turn Off
WITHOUT PASSWORD!
*Press zip viewer and extract all files,after done,
CUT the dialer folder and PASTE to
var>stash>themes
