*Move the Dialer & Assistive Touch folder to
var> stash > themes OR
Library > Themes for IOS 7.1.x
Set the theme in Winterboard. RESPRING!
For the Alkaline Battery,make sure you have Alkaline installed from Cydia.
Move the Alkaline Battery folder to
Library > Alkaline. (NOT var > mobile > library)
Then,set the theme in Settings > Alkaline.
